Job Title: Production Leadership

Key Responsibilities
  • Adaptation and Optimization: Oversee the development, adaptation, and optimization of digital ads, leveraging tools such as GSAP, Google Web Designer, and Pencil Pro to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with design, development, and media teams to provide clear guidance and feedback, ensuring a seamless production process and high-quality outputs.
  • Process Refining: Collaborate with senior team members to refine best practices for using Pencil Pro, enhancing workflow, improving asset scalability, and reducing production time.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain project timelines.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Support creative teams in overcoming challenges, providing technical expertise and suggestions for enhancing digital ads through animation, coding, and new technology.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in digital ad production and creative technology
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with tools such as GSAP, Google Web Designer, and Pencil Pro
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
