About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead data architecture and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing data solutions that drive business outcomes, leveraging technologies like Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence business decisions by shaping data strategies that align with long-term goals.
  • Develop and implement data integration solutions using IICS and Snowflake for seamless data movement and transformation.
  • Create data models using industry-standard tools, including Visio and Erwin.
  • Drive multiple initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Enhance organizational decision-making by surfacing data priorities and maximizing value derived from analytics.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on information systems design or data architecture.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing database structures, transactional modeling, dimensional modeling, data vault, and star schema.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience working across cultures, coaching teams, and driving high performance.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze project needs and determine required resources while overcoming cross-functional challenges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
