Job Description

As a seasoned SAP Cutover Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the intricate process of system integration and data migration. Your expertise in planning and coordinating cutover activities will ensure seamless transitions and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Coordination
    • Develop comprehensive cutover plans, timelines, and schedules, encompassing tasks related to data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with business users, IT teams, and vendors to guarantee clear communication lines and a unified understanding of the cutover objectives.
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and issues associated with the cutover, devise mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to ensure the project's success.
  • Execution and Monitoring
    • Oversee the execution of cutover activities, including data migration, system integration, and testing, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Post-Cutover Support
    • Evaluate the stability of the new system after the cutover, conduct post-implementation reviews, and document lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and cutover activities
  • Deep understanding of SAP systems and technologies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
