Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, objectives, and functional requirements for projects or initiatives.
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for process improvements or automation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help drive business decisions. Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between various departments (e.g., IT, operations, finance) and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements, considering both technical and operational aspects.
- Develop clear and concise business documentation, including use cases, user stories, process maps, and business requirements specifications.
- Identify and analyze different customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, interests, and needs.
- Gather and analyze data from surveys, focus groups, website analytics, and social media to understand audience preferences and trends.
- Create detailed profiles of target audiences to help tailor marketing strategies and content for different customer segments.
- Track how audiences interact with content, brands, and products across various platforms to identify patterns and preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau or Looker etc. for reporting and insights generation.
- Experience in building dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the ability to work with large datasets to measure SEO performance and trends.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
