We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support.
About the Role:
- This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for learning to gain practical exposure to recruitment consulting and HR operations.
- You will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end recruitment, maintaining candidate databases, drafting and posting job descriptions, and providing EA support.
- A strong understanding of MS Office and familiarity with job portals are essential skills for this role.
- You will also have the opportunity to update and manage social media handles and provide general office and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Female graduate (recently passed out; freshers welcome).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
- Interest in social media and digital content.
- Resides in or near Faridabad.
