ITOM Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ITOM Lead to join our team at RapidBraiins. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing ITOM strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITOM strategies and roadmaps to drive business growth and improvement.
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of ITOM tools and processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Implement service request management and knowledge management solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain IT service catalogs and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of ITOM processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and incident resolution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the ITOM team to drive growth and development.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT operations management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Experience in implementing ITOM tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) concepts.
• Ability to analyze IT service data and identify trends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
• Knowledge of IT automation and orchestration tools.
• ITIL certifications (ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate).
