Your Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions, driving technical strategy alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Your expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and management will ensure seamless data flow and process automation. You will also mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering high performance and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Development Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning aura components, and integrations.
- Technical Strategy: Develop and maintain the technical strategy for Salesforce development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and at least 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience in developing LWC, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Classes, VF Pages.
- Experience in SFDC Configurations.
- Hands-on experience in integrating SFDC with 3rd party applications.
- Experience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus.
- Good understanding of APIs and integration architecture.
- Experience with integration solutions such as Dell Boomi, HDFS or other 3rd Party systems.
- Experience in Einstein AI features like Prediction Builder, Next Best Actions, GenAi.
- Experience in configuring event monitoring reports and dashboards.
- Eager to learn new tech stacks and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with VSCode, Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Experience with various IT application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall and blended models), and software engineering concepts.
- Experience in Async Apex.
- Data Migration experience.
- Experience on implementing Salesforce Mobile pages/apps.
- Able to work independently and lead the team.
- Ability to mentor and guide other team members.
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders/other Salesforce team members.
- Certified Salesforce Admin, PD1, Application Architect, System Architect, AI specialist.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, etc.
- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience.
