We are looking for an expert in quality assurance to lead our validation process. This individual will be responsible for developing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in validation and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed, ensuring end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, and providing regular updates and reports on validation activities.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership and technical skills to drive quality and reliability across all products. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
