Sr. Associate Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Employment Law practice.

This is a high-visibility role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, advisory-heavy environment and is ready to take the lead on complex employment law matters including compliance, advisory, investigations, and contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice to domestic and multinational clients on a wide range of employment and labour law issues including employment contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay abreast of developments in Indian employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. from a reputed Indian law school.
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of Indian labour laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
