As a seasoned business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in risk projects and a solid understanding of regulatory standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business analysis, process optimization, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a banking environment
  • Collaborate closely with senior analysts and project managers to assess risks, improve processes, and contribute to system enhancements
  • Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and ensure alignment with banking regulations
  • Document business requirements, assist in data analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory policies
  • Cross-functional team collaboration with risk, finance, and technology teams to develop business solutions
  • Experience in risk management in banking or financial services and in risk management frameworks (e.g., Basel, CCAR, IFRS 9)
  • Preferred experience in derivatives - Fixed Income, Risk systems like Murex
  • Essential skills include strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel, SQL is required
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and collaboration are essential
  • Cross-function experience in handling issues with Risk, IT, and other business lines involved in the process
  • Postgraduate degree in MBA or Finance, FRM is preferred
