Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Design and build full-stack applications with an emphasis on performance and maintainability
  • Work on Shopify front-end development, including custom theme development
  • Collaborate with architects to define technical solutions and integration points
  • Write clean, reusable code for both front-end and back-end components
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance across browsers and devices
  • Conduct code reviews and unit testing to maintain code quality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical development roles
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Shopify front-end development
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular
  • Experience in back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, .NET, or Java
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Experience with Git and tools like SourceTree or Bitbucket
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
