As a Visual Design Expert, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging visuals for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend the content and create captivating designs that communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You must stay updated with evolving design standards and guidelines.
  • Independently read, understand, and respond to client communications while maintaining proactive team communication.
  • Understand the scope of work and meet daily targets aligned with the client's schedule.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Graphic Artists, and Programmers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics illustrating complex technical concepts using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
  • Create interactive graphics and videos utilizing various tools within Adobe.
  • Coach team members on visualization and review their work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Maintain a daily plan sheet and adhere to core working hours while following remote work policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and users through excellent customer-focused communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly develop competence in new software applications.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant degree and possess significant experience.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience creating icons and infographics.
  • Digital illustration skills.
  • Ability to quickly create storyboards and numerous graphics.
  • Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of human-computer interaction and interface design principles.
  • Capacity to learn new software and systems rapidly.
