Senior Digital Marketing Performance Manager

A senior performance marketing professional is needed to spearhead campaign growth and conversions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in online sales channels and e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-impact brand campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels to drive conversions and maximize brand penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless omnichannel brand experiences and align business objectives with product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Utilize AI-powered analytics and automation tools for optimized customer targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitive positioning, and performance through data-driven insights.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on online sales channels and e-commerce growth.
- Recent experience in an agency or e-commerce/D2C role, with a strong understanding of Apparel, Beauty & Personal Care, and D2C brands.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and performance measurement.
- Experience with social media strategy development and execution.
- Knowledge of AI-powered analytics and automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
