Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting function. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or pharma sector.
  • As a seasoned finance professional, you will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end Finance & Accounting function, including statutory audit coordination, internal audits, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Lead a team of 4 members, providing guidance and support to ensure performance excellence.
  • Identify and drive continuous process improvements and automation in financial workflows.
  • Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory norms.
  • Strengthen internal control systems, risk management practices, and financial governance.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management across operational units.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in Manufacturing/Pharma sector).
