Job Summary

We are currently seeking a STP Materials Management Data Governance Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring master data localization requirements are properly identified, captured, configured, and successfully tested and incorporated into the Global Template for regional deployments.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with members of the local business to ensure master data localization requirements are properly identified, captured, configured in accordance with requirements and successfully tested and incorporated into the Global Template for the upcoming NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC regional deployments
  2. Partner with the Organization Change Management Horizontal Workstream to ensure all training content is updated with newly identified localization requirements, learning curriculums are complete and the proper audience is identified for super user and end user training sessions
  3. Work closely with the STP Materials Management Procurement Lead and Data Horizontal Workstream to ensure all active material outline agreements are converted to Purchase Info Records and active Business Partners are properly de-duplicated, cleansed, and constructed to ensure all master data objects are all properly migrated to the S4 environment. Also work to ensure all active Purchase Orders which are not fully received are re-created in S4
  4. Ensures that item-level system setups are properly configured across the Raw Materials, Resale Trade Goods, Packaging, and Site Materials categories
  5. Maintains close collaborative working relationships with the Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Data Workstreams along with members of the Global Procurement Organization and members of Axalta's System Integrator Partner (currently Tata Consultancy Services)
  6. Act as a liaison to members of the Global Procurement Team as it relates to the overall Business Transformation Project
  7. Work to ensure all relevant suppliers are ready to transact with Axalta via the Ariba Network at-go live

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or equivalent field
  2. 5 years of experience with overseeing procurement master data cleansing, construction, deduplication, and migration activities
  3. Experience developing and overseeing data governance programs to ensure regional business requirements closely align with global standards
  4. Prior substantive Global ERP and/or Ariba system implementation experience
  5. Experience across MRP or IBP-planned Direct Materials and Indirect categories preferred
  6. Ability to adjust working hours across time zones to participate in project management meetings and events
