About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill a French Language Specialist role. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals with fluency in French who are eager to build a career in business operations or procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To effectively communicate in both written and spoken French and English, translating and interpreting as needed
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email correspondence, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
  • Assist with procurement or supply chain tasks as required
  • Maintain data accuracy and adhere to established processes

Required Qualifications:

  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa is an asset
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
