About the Business Analyst Role:

The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with global customers to identify their training needs, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to customers.
  • Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to customers using a comprehensive client Product Ecosystem.
  • Contribute to developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in a technical or engineering field is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture and security is required.
  • Excellent spoken English skills are necessary for frequent communication with North American clients.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security expertise is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, CLM software such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the MERN stack and front-end development is preferred.
