Job Title: Social Service Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Service Professional. This role will involve project execution and management, partnership development, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement projects that align with community aspirations and leverage their strengths for long-term sustainability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at community, ward, and district levels across private, government, academic, and NGO sectors.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, committees, and advocacy forums.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design effective advocacy strategies and activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Social Work or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in program implementation in the social sector.
  • Good understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages.
