Your Mission

  • You'll lead the launch and growth of a new category at Zepto, developing a comprehensive strategy that includes defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements.
  • You'll conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to shape the product and category experience.
  • You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and launch new category-specific features and capabilities.
  • You'll identify key metrics for success, monitor performance, and continuously optimize to drive adoption and engagement.
  • You'll partner with operations, marketing, supply chain, and category teams to drive seamless execution and market success.
  • You'll lead rapid experiments and iterations to identify the best product-market fit for the new category.

What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned product leader with 5-8 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • A proven track record of launching and scaling new products or categories from 0 to 1 and beyond.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior and ability to translate insights into impactful product solutions.
  • Experience working with engineering, design, and business teams to drive end-to-end product execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
