About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality technical content including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly content for IT products and services.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all technical content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and align with digital marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field (preferred: technical/IT background).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer/Content Writer in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT services, cloud technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), MS Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to write content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
