Patent Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with senior staff to provide patent preparation, applications, and law services for clients. This involves working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results that meet the expectations of our clients.

You will also assist in technology analysis, mining, and writing of patents. Your ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex data will be crucial in identifying potential solutions and creating effective patent strategies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from patent drafting to prosecution. You will also be involved in conducting technology searches, analyzing competitor patents, and developing patent portfolios.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science: We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in engineering or science, preferably with a bachelor's degree in one of these fields.
• Understanding of Intellectual Property Principles: A solid understanding of intellectual property principles is essential for success in this role. You should be familiar with patent law, trademark law, and copyright law.
• Technology Analysis and Writing Skills: You will need to have excellent technology analysis and writing skills to create clear and concise patent documents.
• Communication and Teamwork Skills: As a collaborative team player, you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
