Job Title:

NoSQL Database Architect

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled NoSQL Database Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable MongoDB data solutions. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring the selected candidate to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative database architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance MongoDB schemas and data models to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that MongoDB-based systems are scalable and efficient.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB environments, including standalone instances, replica sets, and sharded clusters.
  • Monitor database performance and make adjustments for optimal efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in both MongoDB development and administration.
  • Expertise in MongoDB architecture, including indexing, sharding, and replication.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas or on-prem deployments.
