Counselling Manager

Empowering students to achieve their academic goals requires a unique blend of guidance, support and expertise. As a Counselling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journeys of ambitious students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for student success, including personalized counselling and mentorship.
  • Provide expert guidance on subject selection, standardized testing and university shortlisting to ensure students are well-prepared for admission.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on all application components, ensuring students present their best possible case.
  • Lead a team of counselors to ensure consistency and timely communication with students and parents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution for each student, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs, case reviews and brainstorming sessions to enhance team capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in U.S., U.K. and Canadian admissions platforms, providing expert advice to students and parents.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with students and parents, providing regular progress updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counselling or education advisory roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms is preferred.
