At the forefront of our financial future lies a pivotal role: the Accountant. We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead multi-branch operations and complex compliance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning tax filing and statutory compliance, encompassing ROC, Income Tax, GST Registration, and Amendments, GST Returns Filing, TDS Return Filing, and more.
  • Monitoring professional tax obligations across multiple states, including Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, and others.
  • Maintaining accurate records using Busy accounting software; preparing and filing returns with CompuTax or similar software.
  • Overseeing accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring stringent control and consistency.
  • Handling all aspects of e-commerce accounting, including order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, and more.
  • Creating and managing advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to streamline processes and ensure full compliance.
  • Vendor and Customer reconciliation

Requirements:

  • CA (Inter) preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses.
  • Technical proficiency with Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance.
  • Solid background in e-commerce accounting, able to handle multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
  • A proactive communicator and team player who can own and improve processes.
