Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a seasoned software quality assurance specialist. As a key member of our technology group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust automation frameworks that align with our project structures, leveraging your expertise in automation testing.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive automation test scripts for web applications, utilizing your proficiency in tools like Playwright and Selenium/Protractor.
  • Create, enhance, and debug well-structured test cases using Azure DevOps or similar tools, applying your knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and modular structures.
  • Implement automation frameworks using Playwright, and/or Selenium/Protractor, ensuring seamless integration with our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Organize and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression testing, applying your synchronization techniques to handle dynamic elements and ensure test reliability.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities with our development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform cross-browser testing using Playwright configuration setups, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Test complex scenarios including file uploads, late-loading elements, and multi-step workflows, utilizing your debugging skills to resolve flaky or inconsistent tests.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps), ensuring seamless execution and monitoring.
  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects and .NET/C# based applications, applying your expertise in designing test frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on quality engineering methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright (1.5+ years preferred), as well as strong knowledge of other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C#/.NET, with a solid understanding of BDD frameworks and Gherkin language.
  • Familiarity with designing test frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) and modular structures, and practical experience with CI/CD integrations and monitoring automated executions.
  • Strong debugging skills to resolve flaky or inconsistent tests, with a solid understanding of Quality Engineering methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively and contributing to a positive work environment.
