Description:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with technical stakeholders across various departments to ensure optimal solution design and alignment with business requirements.

This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program. The successful candidate will work under tight deadlines, successfully managing day-to-day progress and identifying potential problems to suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project plan, KRAs and process in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Tech Lead Collaboration: Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solution design and alignment with business requirements.
  • Communication: Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and communicate project status across the Project Management team and necessary departments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Manage day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
  • Cross-functional Teams: Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Requirements:

  • Full Project Life Cycle: Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Functional Scope: Deep experience in understanding the functional scope, design and technology to ensure right solution is delivered.
  • Technical Engagement: Proven ability to meaningfully engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Communication: Proven ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Multi-area Projects: Understanding/experience with executing projects in two or more areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management will be an added advantage.
  • Allied Areas: Understanding of all the allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards etc.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated: Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  • Time Management: Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
