High-Performing Backend Developer Wanted

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications.
  • Design and implement solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services.
  • Work with data platforms including Impala for high-performance querying and Autosys for job scheduling.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 10–15 developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Liaise with stakeholders from banking operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

  • More than 15 years of total experience, with the last 5-6 years in advanced Python development and design patterns.
  • Strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams (10–15 members).
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
