Job Title: Data Strategy Leader

As a seasoned Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of data strategies into our projects. Your role will involve aligning cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and driving innovation through data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Business Intelligence programs across multiple business domains (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing).
  • Manage a team of 8-10 Business Intelligence developers, analysts, and data engineers.
  • Define program roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Guide the design and implementation of data models, ETL pipelines, and Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in data architecture, governance, and security.
  • Evaluate and implement Business Intelligence tools and platforms to support evolving business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, with 3 years in a technical program or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and cloud data platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and lead technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
