Job Overview

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in designing engaging animations and video assets, with a portfolio that showcases their expertise in motion design.

This role focuses on producing dynamic motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing, requiring strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure cohesive storytelling, bringing static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and animating motion graphics for social media platforms.
  • Developing dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Bringing static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.
  • Adapting and optimizing animations for different platforms and formats.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows.
  • Able to blend creativity with professionalism - animations must be eye-catching yet polished.
