Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of .NET developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Design scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
