Job Title: Principal Software Developer

We are seeking an accomplished software professional to join our team as a Principal Software Developer. This role involves leading the design and development of complex software applications using cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership and mentoring junior developers. A proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop software applications using .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and Webforms.
  2. Lead the technical architecture of software solutions and make informed design decisions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in software engineering and promote their adoption within the team.
  4. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software development methodologies.
  5. Participate in peer code reviews, identify technical impacts, and contribute to debugging efforts.
  6. Ongoing system performance optimization, query execution plans for databases.
  7. Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications and robust software solutions.
  8. Collaborate with client and third-party technical teams to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and Webforms.
  • Strong DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of web development lifecycle and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and version control systems like GIT and MS Azure DevOps.
