UX Design Specialist

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications, including banking websites and mobile apps.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition to maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and standards in mobile design.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferred
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines for Apple, Android, and other mobile platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
