Artist/Influencer Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Artist/Influencer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering, onboarding, and managing influencer partnerships—particularly on YouTube and Instagram.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard exclusive creators for brand collaboration.
  • Manage a portfolio of influencers, primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with creators and talent agencies.
  • Negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines in alignment with campaign goals.
  • Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.
Required Skills:
  • A strong ability to onboard exclusive Influencers & Artists.
  • At least 1 year's experience in influencer marketing.
  • Prior experience working with a brand or influencer network is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, especially across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • A proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
