Automation Solutions Expert

Unlock business growth in machine and plant automation as an Automation Solutions Expert.

This role involves direct client interaction, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to deliver competitive and technically sound solutions for automation systems. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities, engage with customers to understand applications and processes, and propose tailored automation solutions including PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo systems, industrial communication, and customized control panels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close orders within approved margins.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 48 years in solution sales, preferably in automation, industrial machinery, or process plant industries.
  • Technical Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of automation products and systems (Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens, etc.).
    - Understanding of control systems, industrial communication protocols, and integration with machines/plants.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
