Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop and maintain algorithms that match speakers with suitable events and recommend events based on users' interests.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building ML algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Algorithm Development: Design and build machine learning algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.
  • Data Optimization: Develop and optimize data pipelines and vector database integrations.
  • Data Management: Manage data collection processes to enhance model accuracy.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree from a leading university in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Experience working with vector databases and implementing recommendation systems.
  • Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept through implementation and evaluation.
