Proposal Writer Job Opportunity

The company is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join its team. As a key member, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposal content that clearly articulates the company's value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. You will lead responses to public sector clients at the IDIQ and Task Order level, and other responses at the contract program level.

  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
  • Proactively interact with subject matter experts.
  • Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.

This role requires strong time management/prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality results. The successful candidate will also have knowledge and understanding of proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting documents.
  2. Maintain quality results by using templates, readability, consistency, and tone.
  3. Coordinate with team members for successful delivery of proposals.
  4. Store all new proposal content for potential reuse.
