This is a key contract position with one of the largest global technology leaders in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional with expertise in AWS, synthetic monitoring, and Dynatrace to lead our team's efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, secure, and resilient synthetic monitoring platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead adoption of Dynatrace APM with standardized instrumentation and deployment models.
  • Design onboarding strategies for cloud, hybrid, and edge telemetry sources with a focus on synthetic monitoring.
  • Integrate observability tooling (Catchpoint, Dynatrace) to deliver unified insights and improve overall system performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and develop custom synthetic monitoring solutions where needed.
  • Contribute to open-source or internal observability tooling/standards for synthetic monitoring.
  • Drive documentation, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing to strengthen monitoring practices and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with application teams to embed synthetic monitoring into new service architectures and ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace and synthetic monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing observability solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with other monitoring/observability tools (Catchpoint, Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
