About This Role

This position provides support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders and business partners. You'll utilize various systems and channels to investigate and resolve inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process business functions, including Agent Change and Commissions Inquiries received via WSR, Web Service Requests, and Emails, according to guidelines.
  • Perform complex processes that may require analysis and interpretation of rules, rates, state-specific guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Apply knowledge, training, and experience to interpret procedures and make processing decisions.
  • Demonstrate mastery of standards and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve complex requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Insurance.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Ability to contribute to business unit objectives.
  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and exceptional initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
