Job Title: Data Management Professional

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Professional to lead our offshore Master Data team in optimizing data quality and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the team to achieve expected SLA performance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work with the NoCC team to standardize and automate processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure correct and timely setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in system(s), guaranteeing accuracy and on-time completion.
  • Foster strong relationships between the business unit, stakeholders, and team members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Execute quality checks on master data setup to ensure infractions are corrected prior to impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Actively participate in project initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
