About the Team

Our Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell, and implement FinTech solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for our clients.
  • Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views to meet client needs.
  • Integrate CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware to streamline processes.
  • Manage data migration and data integration processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensure data integrity and perform data cleanup as necessary to maintain high-quality data.

You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. This role involves configuring, customizing, and extending the CRM application using various tools and technologies.
