About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure and systems to support various internal functions within the manufacturing facility. They will oversee the installation, configuration, and management of servers, ensuring optimal performance for reliable operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage active and passive networking components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and cable systems.
  • Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to GxP standards.
  • Maintain good documentation practices for IT infrastructure, applications, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure information security measures, including cyber security protocols and privacy security standards to protect sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments for any systems issues, improvements, CAPAs, and new projects implementation.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an IT head in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of server management (Windows, Linux).
  • Expertise in information security, cyber security, and privacy security.
  • Knowledge of OT-IT systems integration (L1 & L2 systems, DAS, Historian).
  • Adequate knowledge of various IT applications like SAP, eBMR, MES, QMS, LIMS.
Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institute. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in IT leadership roles is desired.
