Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative graphic designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing innovative visual designs that elevate our brand identity across various channels.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and versatile designer with a passion for creating engaging graphics, logos, and other visual elements. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with our marketing team, and possess a strong understanding of design principles and software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually appealing graphics, logos, and branding materials for our marketing campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create sales enablement materials, including sales decks, brochures, and case studies.
  • Elevate long-form content into visually engaging formats, including whitepapers, guides, and reports.
  • Develop web and landing page visuals that align with our brand standards and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to our team.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and web design.
  • Ability to transform open-ended briefs into clear, impactful design outputs.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed our brand standards.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with our marketing team, handling requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new design assets and templates that enhance our marketing efforts.
