We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and integration, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements.
- Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.
- Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation, a strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management. Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services is also required. Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems is a plus. Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is essential.
