Child Development Psychologist Job

Ananya Child Development & Early Intervention Clinic is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team.

This role involves conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and mental health support, and developing individualized therapeutic interventions for children with diverse educational needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with children and their families, collaborate with other therapists, and maintain detailed records of each child's progress.

We are looking for a professional with expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment, as well as skills in Paediatric Therapy. A background in Medicine is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting psychological assessments and providing counseling and mental health support to children with developmental delays and special needs
  • Developing individualized therapeutic interventions based on assessment results
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of each child's progress
  • Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Proficiency in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
  • Skills in Paediatric Therapy
  • Background in Medicine is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
