Job Title: Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, with a focus on improving public health and social outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients across the healthcare and social services sectors, including government bodies, multilaterals, private entities, and civil society organizations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve public health and social outcomes.
  2. Conduct market assessments and process audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Analyze data and develop evidence-based recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Solve complex business challenges with innovative solutions.
  5. Manage strategy projects end-to-end, including defining goals and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from Tier 1 institutions.
  • 5–12 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably in healthcare or social services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, project delivery, and team management.
  • Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and business modeling.
