Job Title: AI First Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI First Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving change and solving business challenges that matter.

  • Job Description:

In this role, you will work closely with our teams to develop, publish, and implement comprehensive test plans for various software projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. You will also write and maintain robust test automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, leveraging best practices in automation.

You will contribute to the establishment and development of quality assurance standards and best practices to ensure consistent quality across projects and teams. Additionally, you will define, track, and analyze quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts, to assess product quality and drive continuous improvement.

As a mentor, you will provide guidance and support to junior QA analysts, helping them to develop their skills in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will also collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BE/B Tech/MCA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in coding in C, C++, or Java
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Extensive experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, UiPath)
  • Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
