At the forefront of AI research and development, we seek an exceptional individual to join our team as a Korean Language Specialist.

This pivotal role requires a highly skilled expert in the Korean language to support the advancement of AI models by ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and creative adaptability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality written content, evaluating human- and AI-generated text, and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of AI's understanding of language and culture.

• Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Korean for a variety of prompts.
• Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
• Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
• Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
• Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
• Explore cultural aspects of Korean language use, including idioms, humor, irony, and traditions.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong English-language communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Korean writing, editing, or content creation with command over tone, style, and genre.
• In-depth knowledge of Korean culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
• Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects preferred.
• Ability to analyze and refine text for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
• Willingness to complete a Korean writing skills assessment during the selection process.
