Responsibilities:

  • Handling marketplaces business for various brands
  • Understanding Myntra, Amazon seller Panels, and OMS working knowledge
  • Leading PnL calculation and converting this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions
  • Leading a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business forward

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and number-crunching ability to inform executive decisions
  • Understanding marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong internal stakeholder management
  • Understanding AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python etc
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar field
