Job Title: Fabrication Manager

This is a challenging role that requires the right candidate to lead and manage end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements.
  2. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely project completion.
  3. Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution.
  4. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (productivity, utilization, rejection rates, etc.).
  5. Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.
  6. Plan manpower, machine loading, and material availability effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication (as relevant).
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, fabrication software/tools, and production planning systems.
