Senior Data Architecture Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee enterprise-wide data strategy & governance initiatives
  • Manage modern data platforms, encompassing cloud-based solutions like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka
  • Facilitate AI/ML adoption for personalization, forecasting, and analytics across the organization
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D teams to drive business outcomes
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing data engineering team to achieve excellence in data management

What We're Looking For:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in senior data architecture/engineering roles
  • Expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed data systems
  • Deep understanding of CPG/FMCG data use cases, including customer data platforms, market mix modeling, ProfitSphere, and inventory analytics
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
